We begin with the selection of the highest-grade 100 percent arabica beans from the world’s select coffee growing regions. Arabica beans are the world’s top-quality beans, grown only at high altitudes where they have time to develop body and density. These beans also have just 50 percent of the caffeine of regular beans.

Once picked, at the height of ripeness, our beans are then slow roasted in small batches through the direct fresh-air method to ensure the most flavorful coffee. A word about decaffeinated coffee
Many of our fine coffees also are available as decaffeinated. Unlike many companies, we decaffeinate using an all-natural “indirect method” whereby the caffeine is removed from the green beans through soaking them in hot water. This returns essential oils and natural flavors to the beans.
