Coffees can be grouped into four main categories by their geographical origin. African and Arabian, with a winey and notable flavor; Indonesian coffees, with rich flavors and heavier body; Central and South American coffees, with lively character and lighter flavors; and "Others," that do not fall into any specific geographical category, such as Hawaiian Kona.
