June 5, 1946 – January 23, 2012

Len Smith, our dear friend and Operations Manager of 25+ years, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2012. As Operations Manager, Len Smith directed roasting operations, packaging, warehouse logistics, coffee purchasing, supervised service operations and plant maintenance. Len not only played an integral strategic role at Boyer’s, he was a friend and role model.
