Boyer’s Coffee is committed to making our planet a better place. We are determined to reduce our carbon footprint to zero by 2021, eliminating waste, creating efficiencies in our process, and embracing new technologies where appropriate.
We strive to produce high quality coffee at a fair price, strengthen our relationships with all of our suppliers and vendors, provide a safe and positive workplace for our employees, and be an active participant in our community.
To experience our sustainable practices firsthand, visit our coffeehouse on North Washington Street in Denver. We recently remodeled with an emphasis on reclaimed and recycled materials managing to rejuvenate our surroundings without forgetting our past.
For example, our daily specials chalkboard located just behind the coffee bar dates back to when the Boyer’s Coffeehouse was actually a schoolhouse. And while new to us, the coffee bar was handcrafted out of reclaimed walnut originally used in the 1904 Guarantee National Bank of Denver.
We also added conference room windows recycled from a 1920’s Denver factory once located on 35th and Larimer; wood flooring originally used as a 1900’s Arrupe Jesuit High School gym floor; stairs made out of reclaimed bleachers from the 1922 Denver Holy Family High School and supporting beams once used in a historic barn in Montana.

Contributing to the community is important to us as well. Specifically, we are proud to support the Employer Partnership of the Armed Forces, a service that provides employers with a direct link to employ service members and their families. We also offer our full support to the Denver Rescue Mission and Jewish Community Center, where we provide both financial support and donate coffee as needed. Let us know of events locally where we can be of additional service. Boyer’s is here to help (and help wake you up if necessary).
Combined, these efforts reflect a higher dedication to our environment, economy, community and workforce. Something we are honored to embrace as a Colorado Proud Company.
