How Do I Brew My Coffee
To ensure you fully enjoy your Boyer's Coffee experience, we recommend you follow the steps outlined below. Additionally, you can find instructions on how to use specific brewing devices by clicking HERE.

  • First, we recommend you start with bottled or filtered water. Coffee is approximately 98% water, so your choice of water greatly impacts the taste.
  • Secondly, we recommend using between 1 3/4 to 2 tablespoons of coffee per 8 oz. cup of filtered water. Adjust measurement to your taste preference.
  • Also, if time and equipment permits, we recommend using whole bean coffee and grinding the beans just prior to the brewing process.

    Single Serve - Since we are located a mile up in Denver Colorado, we have a small step we recommend doing when using our Single Serve cups.
  • Place cup in machine a press down just enough to puncture the cup
  • Raise the handle and then press down completely to finish brewing
  • This will normalize the air pressure in the cup since we don't all live a mile in the sky!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Generally, we strive to ship orders the same day they're received Monday - Friday if they come in prior to 11am MST, via UPS ground. Otherwise, they will ship out the next business day.
  • We use UPS as our carrier. Depending on your location, this shipping time ranges from 1 to 5 days.
  • At this time, Overnight and 2-Day shipping is not an option through our website. Please give us a call if you have an urgent order we can help you to place.


How much do you charge for shipping?
We are pleased to offer you flat rate shipping. Please click HERE to see our shipping rates.

How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. To pay by credit card, click on “cart” in the upper right hand corner after making your product selections. You will then be guided through the checkout and payment process. We also accept payment through PayPal.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, we take your credit card security very seriously. To ensure your credit card is safe, we encrypt the information into a secure socket file. This file locks up your information and it cannot be viewed by outside parties, Boyer's employees, or our customer service representatives. We never display the entire card number on the screen.

Do you ship internationally?
Boyer's Coffee ships throughout the United States. We do not currently ship to Canada or any other international location.

How do I track my orders?
Once your order is ready to ship we'll send you an email notification making you aware of the great news and also providing you with tracking information.

What is your return policy?
At Boyer's, we take customer service very seriously and we strive to exceed our customer's expectations in every aspect of our business, including our return policy. While we have a very tolerant return policy, we have refund policies in place to protect us from fraud-which ensures that we keep our product prices low for all customers.

Coffee Return Policy: Because we always ensure freshness and quality standards, we do not resell returned coffee and therefore we only give store credit for returned coffee; however, if we send you items that are broken, defective, incorrect, or missing, we will re-ship the new item(s) at no charge. If we issue a credit, the first $25 will be applied to your Boyer's account as a store credit and the balance will be returned to your credit card. Your store credits will exclude shipping costs and are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. If you cancel your coffee order before we ship your coffee, you will receive a store credit equal to 75% of the total order value, excluding shipping costs. All returns must be received within 30 days of the ship date.

 Non-Perishable Product Return Policy: Boyer's will exchange or replace any non-food product within 30 days of the ship date. After we receive your item(s), we will refund the full price of the item(s) minus shipping fees. The non-food return policy applies to all orders with the exception of items that were part of a promotional offer. For items returned that are broken, defective, incorrect, or missing, Boyer's will re-ship at no charge. *All refunds are at Boyer’s discretion.

Can I ship coffee to someone else?
Absolutely, just enter their address under the "Ship to" during checkout.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we do ship to P.O. Boxes, but a $4 surcharge will be charged per order that is in HI, AK, VI and PR. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide our customers with tracking information for product shipped this way.

How Do I enter an APO address?
Enter the address as you normally would, but enter ‘APO’ for City, and ‘AE’ for State

What is a "drop-ship" item?
A drop ship item is an item that gets shipped directly from the manufacturer rather than from our warehouse. Drop shipments have different return guidelines- they only offer a 30-day return opportunity and these returns include a 20% restocking fee. If a cancellation occurs after an item has been shipped, but before delivery occurs, the customer can refuse the package at the door; however, the customer will still be responsible for the 20% restocking fee, along with the shipping charges.
